Burak Caner Duruş

Burak Caner Duruş graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2020. Throughout his education he carried out work at various leading law firms operating in Istanbul and, drawing on the professional knowledge he acquired, became one of the founding attorneys of Kaptanoğlu & Partners Law Firm. He continues to practise as a founding attorney of the firm.

He provides legal representation and counsel to individuals and legal entities based in many provinces of Türkiye, and also serves clients based in Ireland, the United States, the Czech Republic, Germany, Iran and Austria. His principal practice areas include Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Criminal Law, Compensation Law, Labour Law, Family and Inheritance Law, Real Estate and Lease Law, Administrative Law, Contract Law and Personal Data Protection Law.

He represents his clients effectively in litigation and dispute-resolution processes and handles every matter he takes on with meticulousness and a results-oriented approach. In his professional work he is guided by legal accuracy, speed and a strong approach to defence, prioritising the protection of his clients’ rights and interests to the highest degree.
