Eyüp Sabri Kaptanoğlu

Eyüp Sabri Kaptanoğlu graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2017. Following his graduation, he completed his legal internship and practised at leading law firms in Istanbul, and in 2020—drawing on the professional knowledge and experience he had acquired—he founded Kaptanoğlu & Partners Law Firm. He continues to practise as the founding attorney of Kaptanoğlu & Partners Law Firm.

He provides legal representation and counsel to long-established Turkish firms and individuals, as well as to companies and individuals operating on a national and international scale. He advises clients on legal matters connected with the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, and also provides legal counsel to foreign companies operating in these countries and regions. His principal practice areas include Commercial and Company Law, Contract Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Intellectual Property Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Labour Law, Family Law, Criminal Law and Real Estate Law.

He offers effective, diligent and solution-oriented counsel in both domestic and international legal processes. Throughout his education he took active roles in various social, academic and organisational activities, and he bases his professional work on trust, meticulousness and a results-oriented approach.
