As General Coordinator, Selin Salmacı is responsible for coordinating the corporate operations, administrative organisation and day-to-day activities of Kaptanoğlu & Partners Law Firm. She ensures that work processes are carried out in an orderly and efficient manner and plays a central role in keeping in-team communication, planning and organisation running smoothly.

By overseeing coordination across the firm’s different functions, she supports the continuity and coherence of its daily operations. She takes an organised and meticulous approach to administrative processes and carries out her duties—from planning to organisation—with a solution-oriented mindset. In this respect, she forms a strong and sustainable part of the firm’s management structure.
